Is Oxio available at your address?
Oxio's signup form checks your service address first. That check is more useful than a city-wide coverage claim: it tells you whether you can order service and which plans are available for your home.

Enter the full service address
Include your apartment or unit number if you have one. Oxio says its subscription form validates the address at the first step.
Review the plans shown for your home
Compare the ongoing monthly price, download and upload speeds, and any equipment or installation details. Do not assume a plan advertised for another address is available at yours.
Check activation details
Oxio may ship equipment and, when needed, arrange a technician visit. Follow the dates and instructions shown during signup before setting a cancellation date with your current provider.
Apply the referral code if you decide to join
At the payment step, enter RUD9JAR, select Apply, and confirm the one-month discount in the order summary before paying.
What if Oxio is not available?
Availability can vary by building and address. If the form does not offer service, check that the address and unit are entered correctly. Ask Oxio Customer Care if you think the result is wrong. You can then compare other providers using the same full address.
A referral code cannot make an unavailable connection serviceable. Prioritize a plan you can actually order and a switch date that avoids an unnecessary service gap.
