How to use an Oxio referral code
The new customer gets one free month of Oxio internet when an eligible referral code is applied during signup. Here's how to use RUD9JAR and confirm the discount.
Apply the code before you pay
- Check your address and choose a plan.Start at Oxio, enter your service address, and select an available plan. Price and speed depend on your address.
- Find the code field.On the payment details page, look for “Apply referral or promo code.”
- Enter RUD9JAR and select Apply.Typing the code alone does not activate the discount. Use the Apply button beside the field.
- Check the order summary.Make sure the one-month discount appears before you complete checkout. If the total does not change as expected, resolve it before paying.
If the code does not apply
Check the spelling
Use RUD9JAR with no spaces before or after it.
Select Apply
Oxio says the discount is activated by the Apply button, not simply by entering the code.
Check for another offer
Oxio allows one referral or promo code per order. Applying a different code can replace the previous one.

If the code still fails, contact Oxio Customer Care with a screenshot of your cart and the code.
What the code gives you
Oxio's published rules say a referral code gives the new customer their first month free. It does not promise several free months on the first order. The person sharing the code may receive a free month after the new customer reaches their third month of service.
